The shorts we sell are a design from the shorts(bloomers) that we are asked to wear at the Iyengar Yoga Institute, India
Material : Cotton Lycra. Its cool and being a mix with cotton it breathes nicely.
Design: Unisex. The style is appropriate for practice as the cuffing around the legs keeps the modesty in your practice.
The softness of the material provides uninhibited movement during asanas.
